It was a very complicated set of circumstances following a break down and having to go abroad on business durng the vehicle recovery and repair but everything was managed carefully and I was kept fully informed throughout.

Paid extra for the fast lane 90 minute waiting after 2 hours 15 miute asked if there was a problem with mu car pointed out the extra fast lane fee and complained waited another 30 minutes the fee was not refunded.

Service good but expensive little add ones in the service cost like changing the key fob battery even it not required and £3.79 for 50p battery most annoying. You don't take American Express, which I is for cost reasons but inconvenient.

Unfortunately, the engineer didn't pick up two sensors that were malfunctioning so the car had to be returned 4 days later. What made it easier to bear was the service given by the service receiving team. Rosina deserves congratulatory accolades.

MOT itself and wash were good. However, for 2nd time booked a "fast lane" and wasn't done in 90 mins. 1st time was 150 mins, this was 120 mins. Don't offer it as 90 if you can't deliver it. Will probably look at Hungerford next time as moved house
