My overall experience was outstanding from start to handover. I was in Oxford and visited BMW North Oxford. Paul Smith was most helpful and I cannot praise him highly enough, he went above and beyond in helping with the purchase of my BMW X1.

The dealership was conveniently located close to the A34 and parking was easy. Inside the centre was clean and tidy with refreshments available while we waited for our appointment. The staff were all polite, helpful, and courteous.

Great, although £2,000 bill was somewhat steep. Still, two-year parts and labour guarantee swung it for me.

This was a simple warranty exercise so work was carried out while I waited. Only reason for 4 stars is out of BMW Oxfords hands. You are a 35 min drive away.
