Our North Oxford BMW retail centre has undergone significant changes since the start of our 12-month long refurbishment in April 2019. The refurbishment was swiftly followed by extended periods of lockdown, and our servicing department has remained open throughout to support our customers and key workers. Despite the challenges that come with such a huge refurbishment and the uncertainty of lockdown, our Aftersales Team have continued to consistently deliver outstanding customer service and are extremely proud to have been awarded the title of Aftersales Retailer of the Year.

With increased capacity in our workshops, as well as improved customer facilities and parking, along with the introduction of self-service check-in plinths, and enhanced online booking capabilities, we have made significant strides to improve the customer experience.

We are looking forward to an exciting 2022 and would like to thank all our customers for continuing to choose North Oxford BMW to service their vehicles.
