It was ok but despite having added the car wash to the list of to do's it was still dirty when I collected it. I didn't have time to raise the point at collection so just I left.

All perfect with the help from Anya with the booking + courtesy car. When back home lifted bonnet to see what was done and saw plastic wedge shaped item in engine bay! This Should have been put back onto side off air filter housing when refitted.

I opted to have my car cleaned whilst it was there and to be honest I wasn't very happy with the result. It wasn't any cleaner than when I left it and the inside didn't look like it had even seen the vacuum!

Recall visit. Proved unnecessary and could have been dealt with by a photo of the offending item apparently. I could have done this and saved a journey and time away from work. However, arrival, customer service and waiting area all very good.

Speedy service (rapid check-in and collection) on this occasion. Service representative was keen to show me 1 series BMWs (my request), but unfortunately no new models currently in stock.

Although Cameron the service advisor was very good, the warranty issue was totally unsatisfactory. BMW are using corrosion as a get out for metal fatigue!

Excellent dealer with very helpful staff. However, dropped the ball slightly this time by not fixing a fault first time and the car had to go back in 5 days later. Hopefully it's repairs properly this time. Also didn't wash and vax the car.

Paid extra for the fast lane 90 minute waiting after 2 hours 15 miute asked if there was a problem with mu car pointed out the extra fast lane fee and complained waited another 30 minutes the fee was not refunded.

Service good but expensive little add ones in the service cost like changing the key fob battery even it not required and £3.79 for 50p battery most annoying. You don't take American Express, which I is for cost reasons but inconvenient.
